Growing up in the world of agriculture, I’ve always been deeply connected to the land and the people who make the ag industry thrive. From the cows on our family farm in Kansas to starting my own businesses, my journey has been about embracing challenges, learning through experience, and leading with purpose.
As the founder of The Next Generation Podcast, I’m fortunate to connect with incredible individuals who are reshaping the future of agriculture. Whether they’re ranchers, farmers, or fellow entrepreneurs, I believe everyone has a story that’s worth sharing.
